MDRC - Events

Dress code: MDRC uniform or neat & tidy dress, with neutral-coloured jodhpurs.

  • All attendees, support crew, and spectators must sign in at the clubhouse upon arrival at the grounds.

  • Riders/participants must wear approved helmets and flat-soled riding boots.

  • Riders must wear a suitable body protector when participating in jumping activities.

  • Non-members must complete and sign a waiver of liability before riding.

  • Riders must help with setting up or putting away equipment/jumps.

  • Registration to club events is non-refundable except if the event is cancelled or rescheduled, or upon presentation of a veterinary certificate or medical certificate. The Committee reserves the right to charge an administrative fee when processing refunds.

**All riders and spectators must abide by the MDRC Club Rules and Code of Conduct**
